Raiding times, once we get into full content (Coil and tower) will be Mondays and Thursdays, 6pm PST to 9pm PST. It may run later if everyone can agree to continue on for 30 minutes, an hour, etc; but those will be our official times. We may also extend onto a weekend run if the group agrees. For now we will stick to two days a week and see how that goes.

If you plan on showing up to one, we expect you to be at both. You cannot pick and choose; otherwise we'll end up having to pick up randoms from the server, or we'll end up with people that only get to do a portion of the raiding because someone decided that they'll only do one day each week.

Now, with that said, we do understand that real life happens, there are emergencies, or sudden crop ups of something important in your life, and obviously real life takes precedence over your "life" in a video game. So no worries there.

What I am saying is that if you know you will not be available every/most Mondays and/or Thursdays, as a regular, reoccurring thing, then we request that you do not take a spot from someone who can/wants to do both days. :)

With the amount of tanks and dps we're sporting, and with all the upcomers that are closing in on end game, we may end up with two raiding groups. We'll see how this pans out and we will set up a secondary group if needed.

I will be taking people through AK to evaluate their ability as players at their chosen job for raiding, so I can see who can fulfill which rolls. Basically, if you are lacking at your job (healing, tanking, dps) then you will probably not be picked to raid :/. So please, make sure you learn how to do your jobs well! This has NOTHING to do with evaluating gear (though obviously we'll want you geared by time we hit coil and tower), but with your actual ability to play the class.

The last thing we want is to get into coil and find out a healer can't perform properly, or a tank doesn't have their rotation proper and can't hold threat, or a dps is lazy and doesn't perform to their fullest.
